The role of Specialist with Apple was a very "requires what it says on the tin" position. Knowledge was a consistent companion whilst working; making product recommendations, advising on resolutions to issues that individuals may have been having.
Due to my background in Network Infrastructure and low-level software/hardware inter-workings, I was a 'go to' individual on a team of other highly proficient colleagues at Apple.
The day-to-day role involved the sale of goods and services provided by the company but also general advise and information on product offerings.
